December 2006 Price & Co. get a new home

Price & Co is a small team competing against large multidisciplinary practices. Their new offices needed to be a functional and productive environment, which put clients at ease.

December 2006 Soil Association

Utopia successfully completed the relocation of the Soil Association. Having just 12 weeks to plan the 19 department and 200 staff into the octagonal building, complete the fit-out and relocate the staff was a tricky task. Needless to say we rose to the challenge and successfully created an excellent environment for staff and visitors alike.

September 2006 Aztec Wine Bar gets the modern edge

The old wine bar in the Aztec Centre was looking pretty dated. Following an extensive Utopia refurbishment it is now a contemporary dining experience and a great environment for coffee with colleagues. It is now the hub of Aztec West Business Park and a destination in itself.

August 2006 Second Fit-Out for Wincanton PLC

Having successfully completed an earlier project for Wincanton Plc, we were asked us to design and build the 80,000sq ft head office for Wincanton Data and Records management in Essex.

August 2006 Utopia creates Marlborough Tavern gastro pub

After substantial refurbishment, including demolition of an existing function room to create a garden sun-trap, the newly refurbished Marlborough Tavern has been an instant hit with customers and critics. Bold wallcoverings and eclectic use of refurbished fittings and furniture have created a fantastic interior—this truly reflects the pub’s belief that all you need for a great experience is unpretentious quality food and drink, plus a lively and fun atmosphere.

July 2006 Utopia expand Peter Brett Associates Bristol office

Peter Brett Associates have been establishing their reputation as a leading engineering consultancy. To reflect this they needed to expand their Bristol office—with our help they added 5,000sq ft of space, 30 extra desks and further meeting rooms. These new resources will give PBA the foundation they need to build upon their recent success.

July 2006 Burleigh Press has new home

Since the late 1800s Burleigh Press has continually re-invented itself to remain competitive and successful. They have now established a reputation in graphic design and brand development as well as printing, so the interior of their office needed to allow the different teams to focus. The open plan space now enables everyone to communicate effectively, but it also gives each team their own sense of identity.
